Laptop recovered, client data encrypted, made possible by The CyberAngel®

Los Angeles, CA  March 24, 2010 -  A laptop computer was stolen during a home break-in early March of 2010 while the family was out to dinner.  Upon their return, they found that their home had been broken into, most all of their electronics were gone, including a laptop used by the wife in her position as a sales representative for a large insurance company.  The company has been a client of CyberAngel Security Solutions, Inc. for several years.  The CyberAngel®’s Real-Time security technology ensured that the client data was encrypted; preventing any unauthorized access by the thief.  This prevented the company from having to provide a security breach notification to all of their clients, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars.
